Before we have known that cms is Control Management System Framework.Which is short way to design a website who already know HTML,CSS,JQUERY,JAVASRIPT and PHP.that means expert wed designer know how can he modified any code and therefore he want to search a short way to built up a webstie.on this reasons he choose CMS.but if any person who know only HTML and CSS how works?i think he must be able to built a customize web site by using CMS.But if we have any some of knowledge about this section then how can build up a website?
